Shipping Policy


Orders to United States can be expected to arrive within 4-12 business days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam).

Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 hours from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order. Please double check your delivery address before placing the order.

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your emails address when we receive them from our carriers.

Please be advised that occasional shipping/tracking delays may occur. It is rare that these delays will exceed 7 business days. 


All orders outside United States can be expected to arrive within 5-15 business days.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


Zerkor is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Zerkor is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages. 


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

  • United States: 4-12 Business Days
  • Rest of the world: 5 - 15 Business Days
