Shipping policy
USA SHIPPING
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is processed, shipping to the United States typically takes 6–8 business days.
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after purchase, and a tracking email will follow once your order ships (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Tracking:
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they become available from our carriers.
Please note: While we work hard to meet our delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur. These rarely exceed 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping. Most international orders arrive within 6–15 business days, following the standard 1–2 business day processing time.
Some remote areas may not be serviceable. If that applies to your location, we’ll contact you directly.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Zerkor is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please make sure your shipping and billing details are accurate before submitting your order.
If the error is on our end, we will fully cover the replacement of your original order at no cost to you.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. By purchasing from Zerkor, you acknowledge that international shipments may incur such charges upon arrival in your country.
