Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items) cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@zerkor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, our team will have already registered the order into our system and with the carrier.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and, once accepted, make a new purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
